Received the wrong items:
If you have ordered certain items and the wrong ones have been sent to you, please take a photograph of the items you have received and email the photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
Received broken, faulty or damaged items:
If your order has arrived and it is damaged or faulty in any way, please take photographs of the damage and email these photographs to email@example.com with your name and order number.
