PRO Member Discount

 

Do I have to buy in bulk to receive my pro member discount?

No, Mollie Cosmetics offers discounts with no minimum order amount.

Can I sell Mollie cosmetics products that I have bought with my discount?

Yes, you can resell Mollie Cosmetics, however you must resell all items at the price that they are listed at on our website. This keeps the brand prices consistent and avoids any confusion with customers.

I am not a qualified makeup artist, can I still apply for pro member discount?

Yes. Mollie Cosmetics offers makeup artist discount to those who are self taught or currently training in makeup or beauty.

 

How do I apply for Pro Member Discount?

 

To apply for an account, go to the pro member page and enter your email address and a password.
PRO Member accounts are available for:

  • Makeup Artists (including students currently studying makeup and self taught makeup artists)

  • Beauticians (Including students currently studying beauty)

  • Salon owners

  • Store owners (stores that would be interested in stocking Mollie Cosmetics)

  • Bloggers (Fashion, beauty, makeup related blogs)

You will then receive an email requesting evidence you are eligible for the discount.

Only one form of proof is required, this could be any of the following: link to social media account, blog or website or a certificate to show qualification.

When proof is provided your account will be activated within 24 hours.

 

 

 

Delivery

 

When will my items be dispatched?

Mollie Cosmetics working days are Monday to Friday.

If you order before 3pm your order will be dispatched the same day.

Orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.

Please note that we are closed on all bank holidays, therefore no orders are sent out on these days.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on the delivery service you have chosen. When making a selection of how you would like your order delivered there will be a description on how long each service will take to arrive.

I need my items tomorrow, will they arrive in time?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, we offer different options including 1st class signed for which usually arrives next day, however this is not guaranteed. Other services include guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm and guaranteed Saturday delivery before 1pm. For next day delivery you must order before 3pm.

Returns

 

Do you offer refunds?
 

For hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds. However if your item is damaged or faulty you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please send photographs to info@molliecosmetics.co.uk and a brief explanation of the problem.

 

Lashes

 

How do I apply my lashes?

 

  1. Carefully remove lashes from the tray.

  2. Measure the lashes next to your natural lash line to check fit.

  3. Trim lashes to the length required to fit your eye comfortably.

  4. Apply a coating of lash adhesive to the lash band, wait until adhesive is tacky.

  5. Place the lashes slightly above your natural lashes.

 

Is the glue included with my lashes?

 

No, Mollie Cosmetics does not supply lash adhesive with eyelashes. However we do sell eyelash glue separately.

 

Are Mollie Cosmetics lashes reusable?

Yes, when taken care of correctly Mollie Cosmetics mink, vegan & silk lashes can be reused up to 20 times.
Human Hair eyelashes are also reusable, however as these lashes are slightly more natural with a thinner band they can not be reused as many times as our premium range lashes (mink & silk).

 

How do I take care of my lashes?
 

To ensure the longevity of your lashes it is important to keep them clean and stored correctly. After wearing them we suggest you gently pull off any excess glue from the band and place them in the original casing to retain the shape. We also recommend not applying any mascara to the lashes as this can cause the lashes to clump together and loose shape. To further clean your lashes you can use a gentle cleanser across the lash band to remove any makeup or glue that may still remain.
