Delivery Information

All Mollie Cosmetics orders are sent via Royal Mail.

Any orders made before 3pm Monday - Friday are sent out the same working day, if you order after 3pm your order will be sent out the following working day.

Orders made after over the weekend or bank holidays will be sent out the following working day.

 

UK Delivery:

 

Royal Mail Signed For 1st class:

This delivery is priced at £4.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class items by the next day, however please allow 1-3 days for your item to arrive.

We offer FREE 1st class signed for delivery on all UK orders over £75, discount is automatically added at checkout.

 

 

International Delivery:

Royal Mail international tracked & signed:

This delivery is priced between £10-£15 depending on location.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

 

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

As explained above, estimated delivery times are from the date your order is dispatched.

Mollie Cosmetics working days are Monday - Friday.

Orders made before 3pm on Monday - Friday will be sent out the same working day, therefore your estimated delivery time will be from that date.

Orders made after 3pm Monday - Friday will be sent out the following working day, therefore your estimated delivery time will be from that date.

Orders made after 3pm on Friday and any time Saturday and Sunday will be sent out on the next working day which is Monday, therefore your estimated delivery time will be from that date.

Before contacting Mollie Cosmetics about a late or missing parcel please ensure that you have allowed the full estimated delivery time, some parcels arrive sooner and some may take longer, Mollie Cosmetics has no control over the delivery of the product and can only rely on the information given by Royal Mail.

If your parcel is late we will contact Royal Mail and report back to you with any information.

Order hasn’t arrived on time:

Please remember that orders made after 3pm will be sent out the following working day, if your order is made before 3pm the estimated delivery time should be calculated from that date, if you order after 3pm please calculate your estimated devilry time from the following working day.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time please email info@molliecosmetics.co.uk with your order number and postcode, with this information we can then track the parcel via Royal Mail and contact them to gain further information on your missing or late parcel.

If your parcel is lost by Royal Mail then it is insured and Royal Mail will compensate you for the loss of your order. 

If your order is late, we will communicate with Royal Mail to gain further information on the problem and get it resolved as soon as possible.

Please note that when an order has been dispatched it is then in the hands of Royal Mail, not Mollie Cosmetics. Once a parcel has been sent Mollie Cosmetics has no control over the delivery timings and can only track the order via Royal Mails website.

 

Order has arrived damaged or faulty:

If your order has arrived with any damage or fault to any items you have ordered please go to our refund page for more information on how to deal with this problem.

Please send images of the faulty products with your name, order number and postcode to info@molliecsometics.co.uk 

Please remember that all eyelashes are handmade to a high standard, however because the lashes are handmade this means there can occasionally be a slight difference between lashes, this does not happen often and the difference is only minor and will not be classed as a faulty product.

But if you do receive a pair of lashes that are completely different or of low quality then we will refund you.
